2. How long will it be before I receive my order? |

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses. |

7. Can I add more than one product to my basket? |

Yes, after you have selected a product to add to your shopping basket, you will be taken to the shopping basket page with your order, which you can proceed to checkout, or if you click the ‘continue shopping button’ you will be directed back to the 1-Day homepage where you can view other products and choose to add these products to your basket. If you wish to view your basket at any time, click the link at the top of the page labelled ‘basket’.

8. What do you charge for standard shipping an order? |
|
The cost of standard shipping is AU$6.99 for order with a total value of AU$100 or less, orders over a total value or AU$100 will have a freight charge of AU$9.99.
Additional Item Shipping Charges: Our system will charge your shipping at the price for your orders most expensive freight item, and then additional items in your order are charged at $2.99.
Occasionally, some items offered on 1-Day may require extra shipping charges due to their size or weight. If extra shipping charges are required, this will be clearly noted on the product page when ordering. The two bulky shipping rates will be charged at either AU$50 or AU$80.

Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa and MasterCard for credit card payment. |

10. Do you do back orders? |
|
1-Day.com.au does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested. |
