Returns Policy
We are always looking to bring you the best products at awesome prices and in order for us to do this we try to keep all of our costs down including the cost of covering returns from our customers. Because of this, we do not accept returns except where the basis of the return is covered by the Trade Practices Act 1974.

Exchange Policy
We recognize that with some of our products it may be difficult to know if it is suitable for you due to sizing or colour issues and on that basis we may exchange such products for another one (i.e. a different size or colour etc) where possible. Proof of purchase is required in order to get an exchange. Please note products returned to us for an exchange must be in a resalable condition with packaging intact and all labels etc returned with the item, also, due to copyright issues exchanges are not available on  DVD’s, except where the product is deemed faulty.

Trade Practices Act 1974
The Trade Practices Act 1974 sets out minimum standards for goods sold by 1-Day.com.au. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a repair, replacement or a refund.
The Trade Practices Act 1974 is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of Australian safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission enforces the Trade Practices Act 1974.

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Before returning any product please contact our customer services department at info@1-day.co.nz or 1800 242915 as your return will not be accepted otherwise and the item shipped back to you.
  2. Our Customer Service staff will assist you with your query and send you the appropriate returns form to include with your product being returned.
  3. Using a good carton, return package via insured Courier Post Mail or other Parcel Carrier of your choice.
  4. Send returns to:

  5. Keep a record of your shipment until you have received a credit, refund, or replacement.

  1. We've created this tab so that you can share your views on the products being sold on any given day and welcome all feedback good and bad as long as it's constructive (Sorry, but "This product sucks" just won't cut it as a constructive criticism!)
  2. This Tab isn’t for you to have public spats with your ex-girlfriend/boyfriend/best friend or cyber-enemy. If you want to do that then go find another site as most of our 1-day punters find that kind of behaviour pretty yawnful.
  3. We usually have one of our staff keeping an eye on the comments mainly so we can answer some of your questions straight away so don’t worry if we pop in from time to time to help out.
  4. We do reserve the right to remove any comments that we believe aren’t particularly helpful or appropriate for the tab (see points 1 and 2) or are of an offensive nature. A basic rule of thumb to follow is if you wouldn’t say it to your Mama face to face then don’t say it here!
  5. We guarantee your privacy and will not publicly disclose your identity or contact details other than the username you are using to post comments.
